My name is Gil Grissom, I'm the Graveshift Supervisor of the Las Vegas Crime Lab. I was born August 17, 1956. My father is dead and my mother lives in Marina Del Ray, California, she had an accident and she's been deaf for almost 20 years now. When I was 16 I was an "unofficial intern" for the L.A. County Morgue. I was also the youngest coroner in L.A. County history. I went to UCLA and got a B.S. in Biology. My specialty is Forensic Entomology. I like bugs.
